Cross Section of a Pond Kit
A. SKIMMER
Hides pump and plumbing from view. Greatly reduces pond maintenance by skimming debris from the surface. Provides an ideal spot for an automatic fill valve which replaces water due to evaporation.
B. EXTENSION TUBE
Optional – Allows skimmer to sit back from edge of pond making it look much more natural.
C. FLEXIBLE PVC PIPE
Carries water from skimmer to AquaFalls filter. Makes installation easier versus standard PVC piping.
D. AQUAFALLS FILTER
Keeps pond sparkling clean, the filter tubs provide an ideal base for waterfalls and streams. Completely hidden when installed properly. Minimal cleaning needed, only once per year!
E. UNDERLAYMENT
Provides protection against punctures in liner from sharp rocks or tree roots.
F. 45 MIL RUBBER LINER
Strong, yet flexible liner that has a limited lifetime warranty.
G. BOTTOM DRAIN
Optional – Increase circulation and aids in cleaning of pond.
