SHIPPING
Most Items we offer can ship UPS. A full street address (no P.O. Boxes) is required for shipment. If you are in a rush, Next Day Air, or Three Day Select Shipping is available for quicker delivery.

PAYMENT
Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, & Discover.

Money Orders: Money orders are processed and shipped immediately.

Personal Checks: Orders can be paid for with a personal check.
(check must have address and phone number)
$35.00 charge on all NSF checks.

C.O.D.: C.O.D. orders are shipped immediately upon approval. Photo ID and copy of check may be required prior to shipment.

PRICING: All prices subject to change without notice.

RETURNS: All returns must be pre-approved through the office. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

WARRANTY: All products sold by Stoney Creek have the full manufacturer's warranty. Of the hundreds of aerators and fountains we sold last year, only a few had any warranty claims. In the unlikely event you do have a problem, please call and we will direct you on how to get warranty work done in the fastest way.
