           Ideal for lining large ponds - up to 65,000 square feet in one piece!

Stoney Creek assisted Landscape Design Services (MI) with installation of this 91,000 square foot liner.  Only one seam was needed to line this large pond!

Polyethylene liners are engineered to offer great strength in a light weight liner material.  The material is UV stabilized to offer years of worry free protection against the damaging rays of the sun.  Unlike regular multi-layered liners which simply stack the layers of liner on top of each other, these liners are woven together.  This gives the ultimate in strength.  In fact, these woven liners have a tear strength of 74 P.S.I. and a burst strength of 818 P.S.I.  Because of its light weight and strength, these liners can be manufactured in sizes up to 65,000 square feet.

We have decided to offer this top of the line material even though it costs a little bit more, since having a quality liner is so important.  A cheap liner that punctures easily is not a good deal - it's a big headache!  We prefer value over price and these liners are the best value!

Stoney Creek installed all three liners shown above, 226,000 square feet in a single day!  These large ponds, installed at a private residence in November 2008, were lined, field welded into place and ready for water in a single day.  Using large panels made installation much faster.

Unlike PVC liners, which need 12" of soil over the entire liner, these liners do not require coverage other than around the edges.  This lowers the overall installation cost dramatically!  Weight per 1000 square feet is 90 pounds.  Custom made liners require approximately 10-14 days for manufacturing and delivery.

20 year warranty when under water, 10 year warranty when exposed to direct sunlight.
