Mother Nature help aerate your pond! These wind driven aerators
replace electric units that can cost between $30 to
$5- per month to operate. In only a few short years these windmills
will pay for themselves! Ideal for aerating remote ponds that do not
have electricity nearby! These new windmills are similar to the units
we previously offered, but feature many new improvements:

Windmills can be placed up to 1000' away from the pond edge. This is helpful for ponds that are in low areas or surrounded by trees. Windmill can be located in an open area with tubing running to the pond. 72" diameter head has 12 blades and is self-governing in high winds. 18 gauge galvanized steel parts will last for years in all weather conditions. Oval holds in all parts makes assembly much easier!
All windmills now use a membrane air diffuser assembly instead of air stones.
The windmill price below does not include tubing or air diffuser.
Select the type of tubing you prefer - both weighted (easy to
install) and non-weighted are available. Due to the
large air volume of the WM12N,
WM16N, WM20N,
& the WM25T, the airline has
increased to 1/2" tubing and the air diffuser is now the double
diffuser. This allows maximum air flow with increased
oxygen and circulation rates.

leg, High volume Windmills
We now
offer a four legged windmill! This tower looks more like
traditional farm windmills and is more stable than the three legged
units. this unit also pumps a large volume of air and has high
pressure capability due to a larger head size for deeper ponds.

Freeze Control
The freeze control option is recommended whenever the windmill is located away from the pond's edge. Anytime air is compressed, condensation is created and can accumulate in the pipeline. During freezing weather this condensation can freeze and stop the windmill from working. The freeze control option constantly checks line pressure. If the line starts to freeze, the control valve opens and feeds Ethanol alcohol (or rubbing alcohol) into the line which melts the ice. Then the valve closes and normal operation resumes. Strongly recommended on air windmills that are not located directly by the pond.
