Pump
Pro-tectors
These small pump cages protect against plugging from leaves, algae and other debris by creating a large surface area around the pump. Designed to fit all brands of small pumps. Each Pump Pro-tector
has a polyester filter media pad lining the inside of a nylon mesh bag. A drawstring top with push button release
will keep the top closed around the pump yet makes for easy pump removal.
PP8 has an 8" diameter and 1" thick sidewalls allowing pumps up to 6" in diameter. PP12 has a 12" diameter and has 2" thick side walls allowing pumps up to 8" diameter.

Biological Prefilter

this handy prefilter on all brands of mag drive submersible pumps as well as
small external pumps to prevent plugging! Made from durable Matala filter

Check Valve Assemblies
These
check valve assemblies are used inside EasyPro skimmers to bring the flow of
water from the pump up to the outlet hole in the back wall of the skimmer.
In an ideal world all pumps would have their outer at the same height, but that
is not the case, so various height assemblies are needed. each assembly
includes a check valve which keeps the plumbing line full of water even when the
pump is off. Two styles of check valves are available - one has unions
built into the valve, while the other uses a rubber coupling as the disconnect
point. Please see the chart below for the correct pump/skimmer check
valve.

Centrifugal Pump Intake
Filters 
These PVC pump intake filters are top of the line! Use these filters on pump suction lines to prevent plugging and possible damage to your pump. Filters keep fish, leaves, weeds, algae, and other debris from being sucked into pump. All filters come with an 2" female threaded check valve and are 36" in length. Model UF3 is a single screen filter, all others are dual screen filters (a filter inside a filter!) Use single screen filter in low GPM applications or to prevent fish from entering intake in clean water applications. Use dual screen filters in dirty water applications to prevent plugging from weeds, algae, and other debris. Filters are easily disassembled for cleaning and all parts are replaceable. Screens are made from vinyl encapsulated polyester, all other parts are PVC. Also available with copper screening fro zebra muscle applications, call for pricing.
