Polyethylene liners are engineered to offer great strength in a light weight liner material. The material is UV stabilized to offer years of worry free protection against the damaging rays of the sun. Unlike regular multilayered liners which simply stack the layers of liner on top of each other, these liners are woven together. This gives the ultimate in strength. In fact, these liners have a tear strength of 74 P.S.I. and a burst strength of 818 P.S.I. Because of its weight and strength, these liners can be manufactured in sizes up to 60,000 sq. ft. We have decided to offer this top of the line material, even though it costs a little bit more because we know that having a quality liner is so important. A cheap liner that punctures easily is not a good deal — it's a big headache! We prefer value over price, and these liners are the best value!Unlike PVC liners, which need 12" of soil over the entire liner, these liners do not require coverage other than around the edges. This lowers the overall installation cost dramatically! Weight over 1000 square feet is 90 pounds. Custom made liners require approximately 10-14 days for manufacturing and delivery.

Prices per square foot are the same for the cut rolls as the pre-boxed.EPDM pond liners over 400 square feet are too heavy to ship UPS. Motor freight will be used for liner shipments over 150 pounds.

Liner Underlayment
We stock the six ounce nonwoven geo-textile fabric in three roll widths -
5', 10' and 15' wide! This makes it easy to match up to the EPDM liner,
which is sold in 5' wide increments.
Using underlayment under the liner provides additional tear and puncture protection from roots, stones, or any other sharp objects by nearly 400%! Underlayment also provides an enhanced soil stability and erosion control. Contractors, garden centers and retailers can call for wholesale pricing!

Liner Repair & Seaming Kits
Firestone offers a great pond liner patch kit. We strongly recommend using QuickPrime adhesive whenever making a seam or repair. The problem in the past was that the QuickPrime was only available in one gallon containers, which is way more than is needed for most patch jobs. The new patch kit from Firestone includes two 6" x 6" patches, a two ounce bottle of QuickPrime, roller, scrubber pad, disposable gloves and instructions for making a repair.

One-sided cover tape: A 6" wide, single sided cover tape used to join two pieces of liner together. Tape is applied over the seam where the two panels meet. Use QuickPrime first to ensure the liner is clean.

Two-sided
seam tape:
