Our
AquaFalls biological filters not only
help keep your pond sparkling clean they also serve as a great start to your
stream or waterfall. Designed for use with the pond skimmers for a truly
professional looking pond. AquaFalls
should be located as far away from skimmer, as possible, to create maximum
circulation.

Our AquaFalls Filters have an inlet hole on each side of the filter (except the mini Aquafalls)! Use the one that's most convenient for your incoming water and simply plug the other hole with a plug (included) or buy a ball valve and use the second hole as a drain for easier cleaning of the filter!

AquaFalls Filters are easy to install! With other filters you have to bolt the front lip to the filter then use expanding foam to hold the fake rock in place. These filters have the simulated rock built right into the lip! Simply bolt the lip to filter and you're done — no foaming rock lip into place!

comes in three different grades for biological filtration:
Green - Coarse
Select the grade of material you want based on water flow. Filters with high flow rates should use a pad with more coarse material to prevent plugging.
Each AquaFalls has three filter pads (except the mini which has two). Pads can be stacked in any combination. When you purchase your small, medium, or large AquaFalls filter with Matala media, we include one green and two blue pads.

ROCK / PLANT GRATES
for AquaFalls filters
A new super strong grate is now available for the small, medium and large AquaFalls; making it very easy to cover the falls box with rocks and plants. The small filter grate is an egg crate shaped material while the medium and large grates are an engineered structural plastic material capable of holding several hundred pounds!

REPLACEMENT MESH BAGS
These mesh bags are used in each of our AquaFalls filters (quantity varies by the size of the filter), but can be used for a wide variety of other aquatic applications. 18" x 30" or 22" x 26" with drawstring top. MB18F is a finer mesh (3/16" instead of 1/4") for use with small media. Mesh bag shown filled with filter floss media - sold separately.
