DIFFUSER
This assembly includes two 6" long air diffusers, a 12" x 21" underlay (to keep diffuser out of the mud), and a check valve to prevent water from backing up into the airline. Standard air hose fitting is 3/8" but other size fittings are available. Maximum air flow is 1 CFM for this diffuser.

These air diffusers are used on PA10, PA12 and windmill air diffuser assemblies. Diffusers are threaded on the end for easy removal. Can be cleaned by soaking in muriatic acid.

MEMBRANE
DIFFUSER ASSEMBLIES
EasyPro offers a new membrane air diffuser assembly that features a hollow base that can be filled with sand or gravel. This eliminates the need for bricks and straps to get the diffuser to sink! Available in both a single head or dual head assemblies. A 3/4" female threaded outlet is located in the base of each diffuser. A 3/4" x 1/2" poly barbed adapter is included (non-weighted tubing).

The MD3 diffuser has a 3/4" male threaded inlet for easy connection or removal from the diffuser assembly. The rubber membrane can be removed for inspection or cleaning.

VALVED
OUTLET ASSEMBLIES
Use these valved outlets when operating two or more pond diffusers
from a single pump. A built-in pressure relief valve protects the pump in
case airlines become kinked, plugged or frozen. A union coupling allows
for quick and easy removal of the pump. Air flow to each diffuser is
controlled by a heavy duty brass ball valve.

REPLACEMENT AIR FILTERS
A clean air filter is vital for proper performance
with any air compressor. These air filters are used on all of
our rotary van units. Many customers find it handy to have
a replacement filter element on hand for quick exchanges when
inspecting their compressor. The dirty element can be
cleaned in soapy water, air dried, and then reinstalled on the
next inspection. Air filters can also be used on a wide
variety of other compressors.

INTERNAL AIR FILTERS
All rotary van compressors have two internal air filters. The air filter
elements are included in the repair kits on this page, but can also be purchased
separately. The black thread-in plugs that hold the filters do not come in
the repair kit. All sizes of rotary van compressors use the same plugs and
filters.
